A beautiful attraction in the
West Midlands is the town of Kenilworth. Kenilworth is the
perfect place from which to base a visit to Shakespeare
Country. The town is just a stone’s throw from a huge number
of West Midlands attractions and places of interest.
Close by there’s the
impressive Stoneleigh Abbey with it’s magnificent state
rooms, mediaeval gatehouse and regency stables, and
Stoneleigh Park – the home of the Royal Show and The
Town and Country Show.
Slightly further a field is Warwick with it’s castle,
racecourse and historic town centre as well as Royal
Leamington Spa with it’s regency buildings. There’s also
Shakespeare’s Stratford upon Avon, the City of Coventry,
the National Exhibition Centre, and the newly vibrant
city of Birmingham.
