Shortland Horne are an independent firm of estate agents, valuers and surveyors with four offices in Warwickshire and the West Midlands. The Kenilworth office occupies a prominent location on the corner of Station Road and Talisman Square. The office is run by director, Jonathan Selby who is a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and National Association of Estate Agents. Jonathan, together with all staff, live in Kenilworth and have a wide knowledge of the property market and facilities and amenities that the town has to offer.

The Company runs a comprehensive personal mailing list ensuring that potential purchasers are kept fully informed of all properties coming to the market. The sales particulars are comprehensive with a number of photographs promoting all properties. Once sales have been agreed the transaction is fully monitored and we keep both vendors and purchasers updated as to the progress.

Shortland Horne also offer a letting and management service with a range of rented properties available.

The Company also undertakes R.I.C.S. Homebuyers reports and valuations for prospective purchasers and undertaken by Jonathan Selby who has many years surveying experience and an extensive knowledge of the town.
