Kenilworth Festival 2009
If you came to any of the events organised as part of the 2008 Festival you will know that it was a great weekend of entertainment for young and old alike.
It was a pity about the cool evenings for the open air concerts but that did not affect the enjoyment of those who attended.

The party in the park was the highlight of the weekend and it was very well attended and proved worth all of the effort that went into setting it all up.
There are some photos below.

We are now getting our breath back and asking for suggestions for next year – would it be better to:

• have the Festival in May or September when the children are back at school.
• The festival for a week – fewer events each day
• not have open air light classical concerts but to have a “name” instead
• have more pub music
• have small concerts in churches
• have ticket purchase on line
• more activities for the children

Please let us have your views by e-mailing them to mikehlewis@msn.com (a member of this year’s organising committee)
