Kenilworth Golf Club is a 'members club' - but visitors are very welcome.
Paying a 'green fee' to play the course automatically makes them a 'temporary member' (for the day) which means they can use all our facilities including bar and restaurant.

Formed in 1889 and situated in the north east (Coventry) side of Kenilworth, our Golf Club is famous for its friendliness and hospitality as well as having one of the great golf courses in the area.

The 18 hole scenic parkland course - at 6400 yards, Par 72 and with an SSS of 71 - provides a good challenge for low handicap golfers without unfairly penalising or intimidating everyone else.

Testament to this, and to the excellent bar and restaurant facilities available, is our ever increasing popularity with visiting societies as well as regular requests to host major amateur competitions such as The Midlands Open and both men’s and women’s Inter County matches.

Within the club there are several very active sub-sections including our Ladies (with more than 100 members), Juniors with around 60 members, and approximately 100 Elderly Gentlemen Golfers (EGGS).

We have an extensive programme of formal and informal golf competitions and social events throughout the year, but carefully ensure that members also have plenty of opportunities for purely social golf with their friends.

Kenilworth Golf Club also encourages and participates in interclub golf competitions both at county level and with many local clubs. We have multiple Mens and Ladies teams accommodating a wide range of handicaps, plus Mixed, Juniors and Eggs teams. In addition to the fun and excitement of such competitions this of course also affords team members the opportunity to play many other courses at a very reasonable cost.

Our Professional – Steve Yates – is a fully qualified and highly respected PGA teaching professional, and his well stocked Pro Shop, in terms of both golf equipment and clothes for men as well as ladies, is legendary.
