Warwickshire County Council proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Order closing A452 Birmingham Road, Kenilworth from the access with Redfern Manor eastward for a distance of approximately 275metres, to vehicular traffic.
The closure is required to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works.
The Order will commence on 11 March 2018 and will last for a period of 18 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 12 March 2018.
Please Note: The work will be carried out during the day on Sunday 11 March and continuing overnight with anticipation of completion by 06.00hrs on Monday morning.
Pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
An alternative route will be signed and is available via: A452 Birmingham Road, A452 Kenilworth Road, A4177 Meer End Road, A4177 Honiley Road, A4177 Birmingham Road, A46 Warwick Bypass, A452 Leamington Road, A452 Warwick Road, B4103 Warwick Road, B4103 The Square, B4103 Smalley Place, B4103 Borrowell Lane, B4103 Castle Road, B4103 Clinton Lane, A452 Birmingham Road and vice versa.
